DATELINE: Wabasso, Florida – The Golden Glove

The Fleet Society received this YouTube video from Mel King and Faye Asano of Big Blue Wreck Salvage, Inc., Denver, CO.

Mel and Faye were on the deck of the Capitana when lead diver, Bill Bartlett, came up holding his glove, later dubbed the “Golden Glove” which was filled with gold coins including a gold Royal.

These coins were found by 1715 Fleet – Queens Jewels LLC on July 30 – 31, 2015.
