Lenore successfully developed hundreds of original products and packaging for over 30 licensed brands for retailers such as Spencer’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, Walmart, Ross, and T.J. Maxx as Brand Manager and Senior Designer for 3E Trading, LLC, a start-up company in Pittsburgh, PA.
She expanded her portfolio in grocery retail via private label brand packaging as Package Design Manager for Giant Eagle, Inc. Lenore controlled the development and management of 11,000+ edible and inedible items under multiple private label brand banners, while also implementing several significant, cost-saving processes for the company, its affiliates, and vendors.
In 2014, Lenore pursued postgraduate education, earning her Master of Fine Arts degree in Media Design from Full Sail University in 2015, graduating as Valedictorian, summa cum laude. Post-graduation, she honed her newly expanded digital knowledge and talents in e-commerce, marketing women’s shoes and accessories online, as Creative Director for GuiltySoles, Inc.
As Creative Director for Think Big Campaigns, a start-up political consulting firm, Lenore produced award-winning designs in both digital and print collateral spaces. Her political work has spanned a vast gamut of campaigns since 2004. Currently, Lenore is the Digital Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
When Lenore isn’t busy politicking or providing effective design solutions for her clients, you can find her hiking the trails to capture the views of the next great summit, shredding the gnar in her whitewater kayak, fishing the “mighty” Allegheny River, or at home cooking the next awesome recipe she found online. Her hobbies include: knitting, crochet, spending time with her dogs (“Miss Ava May”, a Chihuahua-Dachshund Mix; and “Ash”, an Australian Cattle Dog [e.g., Blue Heeler], her cat (“Bruce Wayne” by day, “Catman” by night), or turtles (“Mr. Green” and “Shelby”, red-eared sliders), and traveling in search of her next great adventure — it’s a Pirate’s life for me! Aargh!
