July 2nd 1998 letter from original Real Eight member Kip Kelso to an attorney from Vero Beach Florida. It appears that Kip Kelso was seeking legal advice because the book “Pieces of Eight”, published in 1966 (and copyrighted by the Real Eight CompanyAlso referred to occasionally as “The Real 8 Company”- was incorporated in 1961. It had eight members….Kip Wagner, Kip Kelso, Dan Thompson, Harry Cannon, Lou Ullian, Del Long, Erv Taylor and Lis...), was being reprinted by another company. It is not clear what advice was given to Kip Kelso. Obviously Kelso was upset that the book was being reprinted by another company. No other documentation exists to indicate what action if any was taken by Kip Kelso or the Real Eight CompanyAlso referred to occasionally as “The Real 8 Company”- was incorporated in 1961. It had eight members….Kip Wagner, Kip Kelso, Dan Thompson, Harry Cannon, Lou Ullian, Del Long, Erv Taylor and Lis....
