Coin Description: Full date incomplete 1714 Mexico Eight Reales. 26.7 grams. No “OMJ” visible. Except for the nicely struck date very little obverse features can be seen. The denomination “8” is, however, quite bold. Likewise on the reverse there is very little detail. Given the weight of this piece (26.7 grams) it is apparent that this coin was struck very poorly.
