Anyone who has an interest in the 1715 Fleet and the treasure that it held is familiar with Kip WagnerKip Wagner (1906 – 1972) was instrumental in the formation of the team that later became the Real Eight Company and one of the greatest salvage groups that ever explored the 1715 Fleet wrecks. He .... Wagner was the man responsible for the organized effort to locate the wreck sites of the Fleet and recover its treasure. His “command post” so to speak, was a small house along the beach which was referred to as his “cabin”. A lot of Fleet history occurred in his cabin. In fact, one of the wreck sites located off shore from his abode was referred to as the “Cabin Wreck”. Now, his cabin is up for sale. Kip would be stunned to see that the treasure he found while working these wreck sites was not the only thing that appreciated in value. So, if you are in the market for something special, with a little history and adventure thrown in, then this is the house for you.
