The 2011 Sunken Treasure Seminars begin next Monday, June 20, 2011 and will continue through Thursday, June 23, 2011. These popular seminars were first held in April of 1994. This year’s seminar topics include “Deep Water Technology”, “Major Discoveries on the 1715 Fleet in 2010”, “Gold and Silver Coins and Bars of the Spanish Fleet”, among others. Also included is an auto tour of the 1715 Spanish Treasure Fleet sites, and visits to the Fisher Treasure Museum in Sebastian and the McLarty State Treasure Museum in Wabasso. The final day includes a dive trip to Plantation Key, FL. For more information please click on the attached link.
As we move closer to the all important 300th Anniversary of the 1715 Fleet disaster (July 31, 2015) these seminars will become increasingly popular, so make your reservations for next year’s seminar early. More information about next year’s dates and agenda will be forthcoming.
