Last week, long-time Fleet Society member and supporter Mike Brown (Member #11), sadly, notified us of the passing of his wife, Sabrina, on March 18. Sabrina had been ill for 18 months before her passing. It was a long and difficult journey. We wish to express our deepest regrets to Mike at this most difficult time.

January 15, 1955 — March 18, 2026
Sabrina Ward Brown of Albany, GA, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Blakely, Georgia, to the late Bruce Evans Ward and Janis Elaine Peace Ward and grew up in Arlington, Georgia.
She loved and was very close to her immediate and extended family, and enjoyed their deep faith and rich history. Sabrina loved horses, both riding and competing, drawing, painting, and playing with her brother Evans, sister Joy, and many cousins in her early years. She also spent a lot of time at the family’s warehousing business, helping and supporting her family. Next to her siblings and cousins, she had a special bond with her Uncle Steve and both grandmothers.
