Today marks the 15th Anniversary of our website’s launch. It is also the official starting date of the 1715 Fleet Society. Before May 1, 2011, the Society didn’t have an official name. It began with Phil Fleming, Ernie Richards, and me. With the launch of the site, we chose the name 1715 Fleet Society. The Society was incorporated several years later and has since grown to 283 members.
