Here is an article from the Valley Evening Monitor, McAllen, Texas (November 30, 1947). The article is from a column written by J. Frank Dobie who some of you may recognize as an author of many lost treasure books in the 1930’s and 40’s. We published this article several years ago on our website. However, because it was so interesting, I thought that we should republish it in case those new to our website might have missed it.
